Customer Terms of Use – Tender Station

By registering on and using Tender Station, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Advance Order Submission

• Catering orders must be submitted at least:
• 3 days in advance for standard orders
• 5–10 days in advance for weddings and large-scale events
• Urgent orders are subject to vendor availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

• An order is considered oIicially confirmed once:
• The oIer is approved
• Full payment is completed through the platform
• Upon confirmation, Tender Station and the catering provider will begin all necessary preparations.

3. Cancellation Policy

• After 24 hours from payment confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled
• Prior to payment, there are no financial obligations.
• In exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure, the Platform Management may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for order cancellation or service rescheduling.

4. Modification & Add-ons Policy

• After confirmation:
• ✅ Add-ons may be requested provided that:
• orders must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled execution time for small orders, and at least 72 hours in advance for large orders.
• Vendor approval is obtained
• Additional charges are paid immediately
• ❌ Reducing quantities or removing items is not permitted. 

5. Pricing, Invoicing & VAT

• All prices:
• Are based on the details provided by the customer
• Include 15% VAT, unless stated otherwise in the offer
• Any change to order details may result in a revised final price.

6. Platform Service Fee

• Tender Station charges a service fee of SAR 5 per person included in the orders.
• The service fee is calculated based on the total number of guests.
• This fee is added to the final invoice and displayed before payment.
• Please note that the service fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason.

7. Responsibility for Provided Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
• Event type, Number of guests, Location, Delivery time, Personal information
• Tender Station is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect information.

8. Delivery & Execution

• Orders are executed according to the approved time and location and according to the invoice issued by the app
• Any changes after confirmation require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

9. Force Majeure

• Tender Station is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control.

10. Platform Role

• Tender Station acts as a coordination and facilitation platform between customers and catering providers.
• Services are delivered by approved third-party vendors.

Acknowledgment

By completing registration or placing an order, the customer confirms full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
